Brake system likely wants new seal kit and a bleed.
Clutch is either stuck on or worn out. These are very cheap as it's just a honda one.

Engine is a pain to start on the fuel side but if its started on a starter fluid it's happily draws the fuel in and runs fine from there on even after 10+ years.

Trailer was good for us but I'd recommend new tyres as they've been sitting for 10 years. One light just needs the lens glueing back on

This was a great reliable kart for us as arrive and drive hobbyists.
With a bit of love, it could do the same for anyone else as it's basically everything you need to start yourself up
