the saladette is able to hold 9 × 1/3 Gastronome pans and has two lids to seal in the cool air, also of note is its granite styled counter top great to work on with dough, pizza, pastry, or cold prep in general and the item also features castors allowing easy movement of the countertop o suit your kitchen.
